Always clean the surface thoroughly with a microfibre cloth. Any dust or oils may affect the adhesion of the vinyl.
Vinyl is more flexible and easier to apply in a warm environment (20-25°C). Cold vinyl is less pliable and can crack.
Don't rush the application. Our air release technology allows you to reposition, so take your time to get the alignment perfect.
We print all our skins/ wraps on pemimum vinyl with air release technolgy. If you see a crease or bubble, this can easly be remoived with the rub of your finger or some gental heat.
For curved surfaces, gently warm the vinyl with a hairdryer to make it more pliable and easier to stretch around corners.
Allow the vinyl to cure for 24 hours before heavy use or cleaning. This ensures the adhesive has fully bonded with the surface.
